What You'll Do
As a Social Media Specialist at Squarena, you will be responsible for:

Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.

Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels, fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

Campaign Management: Plan and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and achieve conversion goals.

Analytics and Reporting: Track key performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to measure the success of social media efforts, adjusting strategies accordingly.

Stay Updated: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices to ensure our social media presence remains cutting-edge.

Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
Who You Are

Pursuing Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management and content creation.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and an eye for design.

Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing trends is a plus.
