Pay: $16-$18/hr on payroll
What You'll Do
Welcome to Squarena, the ultimate lighted tiles gaming arena that offers different levels of challenges for all skill levels.
As a member of our team, you will help create a fun and safe environment for our players. You will be responsible for engaging with our community and ensuring that all players have a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients, Game Masters, and other team members within a collaborative team environment.

Facilitate customer flow to ensure positive customer experience.

Coordinate with other Game Masters to ensure minimal bottlenecks during daily operations.

Restock beverages and merchandise.

Answer and respond to customer inquiries both online and offline.

Upstream and inform all stakeholders any issues and problems during operations.

Who You Are
Recommended Qualifications and Skills:

Previous customer facing experience is a plus, especially in an arcade/amusement/recreation type of work setting.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, such as Excel and Word.

Excellent problem-solving abilities with a strong sense of responsibility.

Exceptional client-facing and communication skills.

Capable of managing operations and issues with minimal supervision.

Ability to adapt to changing priorities and project needs.
